A 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout comes in 3 varieties; cardio, strength and athletic.
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM  Outdoor Bootcamp
45-60 minute outdoor body weight bootcamp. All levels welcome.
  
 10:00 AM-11:00 AM  BODYFLOW
The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
  
 5:00 PM-6:00 PM  Outdoor Bootcamp
45-60 minute outdoor body weight boot camp. All levels welcome.
  
 5:30 PM-6:30 PM  Cycle Boot Camp-5:30pm-6:30pm
This interval training class blends different drills on the bike with strength training exercises off the bike to condition your entire body.
  
 5:30 PM-6:15 PM  Yoga
Flow in and out of poses to help improve strength, flexibility and balance.
  
 6:45 PM-7:30 PM  BODYPUMP
This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
