Tennis at Burkwood

Tennis is a year round sport here at Burkwood. We offer tennis clinics, socials, and tournaments for all ability levels and ages, to help foster a friendly, robust tennis community. Our facilities feature sixteen courts (eight outdoor hard courts, four outdoor Har-Tru clay courts, as well as four indoor courts, all equipped with lighting). Inside the Tennis Center there is a second-floor observation area, that is also used as a gathering place for tournaments and socials. Our professional staff boasts four seasoned tennis professionals who are available for private lessons of all ages and ability levels. Our tennis family is an active group that participates in a variety of tennis socials as well as inter-club challenges. For those with a more competitive spirit, Burkwood is a member of the United States Tennis Association (USTA) and the Richmond Suburban Ladies Tennis League (RSLTL) to offer local, regional, and national competition opportunities.
