Swim Training for Kids
Swim Training is the next step up from swim lessons and is designed for elementary and middle school aged students who are proficient in the four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. This program focuses on finessing the strokes, developing a greater aerobic capacity through training, and the finer points of racing. The group meets three times a week in the afternoons or evenings and participants can sign up a month at a time. This program is a great way to prepare for summer swim team, provide cross-training for other sports, or general fitness. See the information form below for more specific information.
