The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 10:30 AM-11:30 AM  Masters Fit
This class is exclusively designed for older and relatively sedentary adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a stability ball are just a few of the things that you will learn how to use in this class.
  
 12:30 PM-1:15 PM  KidFIT Session Eight
FIRST SUMMER SESSION A 3-week fitness program for members ages 7-9. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30pm, June 18th - July 2nd.
  
 1:15 PM-2:15 PM  YouthFIT Session Eight
FIRST SUMMER SESSION A 3-week fitness program for members ages 10-14. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:15pm, June 18th - July 2nd.
