Experience a variety of strength and cardiovascular exercises done interval style. Interval training involves alternating bursts of intense exercise with intervals of lighter activity.
  
 6:00 AM-6:30 AM  CORE-6:00am-6:30am
A 30-minute core-training workout that uses your body weight, resistance tubing and weights to tighten and tone your midsection. Exercises are designed to improve your functional strength for better mobility and injury prevention.
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM  Aqua Gold-9:00-10:00am
A shallow water, moderate intensity cardio class that uses the resistance of the water to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. This class is held at the indoor pool, unless otherwise stated. No registration required.
  
 9:00 AM-9:45 AM  BODYATTACK Express-9:00am-9:45am
This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
  
 10:00 AM-10:50 AM  Zumba GOLD-10:00am-10:50am
Zumba Gold is a modified version of Zumba geared toward active, older adults seeking lower-impact workouts. While much of the music in Zumba Gold is the same used in the original course, the movements are easier to follow and more fluent to minimize stressful jerking, twisting and other potentially harmful motions.
  
 11:00 AM-11:45 AM  Beginner's Yoga 11:00-11:40am
A yoga class that bridges any gap between our chair yoga and a regular yoga class. A chair can be used if needed or you can level up and go down to the floor.
  
 5:30 PM-6:30 PM  Cycle Boot Camp-5:30pm-6:30pm
This interval training class blends different drills on the bike with strength training exercises off the bike to condition your entire body.
  
 5:30 PM-6:15 PM  Yoga-5:30pm-6:15pm
Flow in and out of poses to help improve strength, flexibility and balance.
  
 6:30 PM-7:30 PM  BODYPUMP-6:30pm-7:30pm
This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
