NEW MUSIC, NEW WORKOUT! This class uses a bench and a weight plate combined with bodyweight exercises and other multi-dimensional sports conditioning training. It's a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This class kick starts our 4-week GRIT fall program. No registration necessary for launch class.

Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
