The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Topic - Chest The chest is one of the most sought after muscle groups to both build and use, from athletes to weekend warriors. However, most people do not work the chest properly by not keeping tension, moving too quickly, or worse yet, putting all the load into the shoulders. Learn how to save your shoulders and build stronger pectoral muscles with proper push-ups, bench press, chest flys, and more! Must be 14 years old to participate.
