The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

This interval training class blends different drills on the bike with strength training exercises off the bike to condition your entire body.

Flow in and out of poses to help improve strength, flexibility and balance.

This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 6:45 PM-7:30 PM  Good Form Lifting Clinic
BACK Have you ever thought "I wish I could do a pull up?" In order to make your pull up goals a reality, you need to include a variety of other back exercises into your workout. In this clinic we will review common exercises such as the lat pulldown, bent over row, and back extensions. By perfecting these motions, not only will you realize your pull up goal but you will also strengthen your core and build better posture. Must be at least 14 years old to participate.
