The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

This interval training class blends different drills on the bike with strength training exercises off the bike to condition your entire body.

Flow in and out of poses to help improve strength, flexibility and balance.
  
 6:30 PM-7:30 PM  BODYPUMP-6:30pm-7:30pm
This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 6:45 PM-7:30 PM  Good Form Lifting Clinic
DEADLIFTS Deadlifts are an exercise that are commonly performed incorrectly which increases your chances of getting injured. By learning the proper form of a deadlift, you will gain overall strength and power of your posterior chain (lower back, glutes, and hamstrings). What does having a strong posterior chain mean? POWER!!! Power will translate into other moves in your workout such as Olympic lifts and plyometric moves. Not to mention the sculpting effect it will have on your body! Must be at least 14 years old to participate
