The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 10:30 AM-11:30 AM  Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga classes typically target those with physical disabilities or aging men and women who find a typical yoga session too challenging. It is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.

A 4-week fitness program for members ages 7-9. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:15pm, November 19th - December 19th. NO CLASS THE WEEK OF THANKSGIVING (Nov. 26th & 28th)

A 4-week fitness program for members ages 10-14. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm, November 19th - December 19th. NO CLASS THE WEEK OF THANKSGIVING (Nov. 26th & 28th)
  
 6:00 PM-6:45 PM  BODYPUMP
