The LES MILLS GRIT series is scientifically designed to shift your fitness to the next level. The HIIT training effect means you increase aerobic fitness, unleash fast-twitch muscle fibers and grow lean muscle tissue, burning fat. There are 3 formats: Athletic, Cardio, and Strength. When you register, you are committing to our 4 week GRIT fall program! October 31st - Athletic November 7th - Cardio November 14th - Strength November 21st - Coach's choice!

This class is exclusively designed for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a stability ball are just a few of the things that you will learn how to use in this class.
