30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

With functional exercises including TRX suspension training, battle ropes, kettlebells, and more, this class will create transformational and inspiring fitness experiences for a diverse group of exercisers.
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM  BODYPUMP-9:00am-10:00am
This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 11:30 AM-12:15 PM  KidFIT
This is an opportunity for kids to learn proper mechanics in basic body weight exercsies, practice agility, and have fun while working out! Ages 7-9 years old.
  
 12:15 PM-1:15 PM  YouthFIT
A mixture of strength and cardiovascular including speed and agility work. Ages 10-14 years old.
  
 5:45 PM-6:30 PM  Synrgy45-5:45pm-6:30pm

A non-impact, indoor cardiovascular workout performed to music on a specialty designed stationary bike.
