The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

This interval training class blends different drills on the bike with strength training exercises off the bike to condition your entire body.

This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 6:45 PM-7:30 PM  Good Form Lifting Clinic
Come learn about biceps, triceps, and calves... OH MY!!! All three muscle groups are used in a wide range of lifts either directly or indirectly. Therefore, strengthening these accessory / support muscles makes many motions easier to accomplish and emphasizes the importance of performing arm and calf exercises correctly. Must be at least 14 years old to participate.
