 6:45 PM-7:30 PM  Good Form Lifting Clinic
HIP HINGING Learn one of the most fundamental motions of lifting. By learning to hip hinge properly, you will protect your lower back and strengthen your core. This will lead to stronger and safer deadlifts, bent over rows, reverse flys, triceps kickbacks, and many others! Must be at least 14 years old to participate.
