The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

A 6-week high intensity interval program designed to increase aerobic fitness, grow lean muscle tissue, and help you burn calories for hours after you workout! See formats below: 5/2 - Athletic 5/9 - Cardio 5/16 - Strength 5/23 - Athletic 5/30 - Cardio 6/6 - Strength
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM  BODYPUMP
This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 10:30 AM-11:30 AM  Masters Fit
This class is exclusively designed for older and relatively sedentary adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a stability ball are just a few of the things that you will learn how to use in this class.
  
 3:15 PM-4:00 PM  KidFIT Session Seven
A 4-week fitness program for members ages 7-9. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:15, April 30th - May 23rd. This is the last session of the school year.
  
 4:00 PM-5:00 PM  YouthFIT Session Seven - Ultimate Frisbee
The focus of this session is learning and playing the sport of ultimate frisbee. Led by a Certified USA Ultimate Coach. Open to ages 10-14. Meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5pm. April 30th - May 23rd. This is the last session of the school year.
