The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
  
 8:15 AM-8:45 AM  GRIT
A 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class designed with short, intense bursts of work followed by periods of recovery. Coaches will decide if class will be GRIT Strength, GRIT Cardio, or GRIT Plyo.
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM  BODYPUMP-9:00am-10:00am
This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 6:00 PM-7:00 PM  Cycle Boot Camp
This interval training class blends different drills on the bike with strength training exercises off the bike to condition your entire body.
  
 6:30 PM-7:30 PM  BODYPUMP-6:30pm-7:30pm
This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
