Come join us for 30 minutes of a heart pumping, kick butt workout to upbeat energizing music. 
  
 6:00 AM-6:30 AM  CORE-6:00am-6:30am
A 30-minute core-training workout that uses your body weight, resistance tubing and weights to tighten and tone your midsection. Exercises are designed to improve your functional strength for better mobility and injury prevention.
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM  BODYPUMP-9:00am-10:00am
This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 3:15 PM-4:00 PM  KidFIT
This is an opportunity for kids to learn proper mechanics in basic body weight exercsies, practice agility, and have fun while working out! Ages 7-9 years old.
  
 4:00 PM-5:00 PM  YouthFIT
A mixture of strength and cardiovascular including speed and agility work. Ages 10-14 years old.
  
 6:00 PM-7:00 PM  Cycle Boot Camp
This interval training class blends different drills on the bike with strength training exercises off the bike to condition your entire body.
  
 6:30 PM-7:30 PM  BODYPUMP-6:30pm-7:30pm
