The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

30 minutes of high intensity interval training. Feb 7 - Cardio Feb 14 - Plyo Feb 21 - Strength Feb 28 - Cardio March 7 - Plyo March 14 - Strength Sign in to your member account to register for the 6-week program. Your registration will sign you up for this class time over the next 6-weeks.

This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 10:30 AM-11:30 AM  Masters Fit-10:30am-11:30am
This class is exclusively designed for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a stability ball are just a few of the things that you will learn how to use in this class.
  
 3:15 PM-4:00 PM  KidFIT Session Five
A 4-week fitness program for members ages 7-9. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:15, February 12th - March 7th.
  
 4:00 PM-5:00 PM  YouthFIT Session Five
A 4-week fitness program for members ages 10-14. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00, February 12th - March 7th
  
 5:30 PM-6:15 PM  Cycling
A 45 minute non-impact, indoor cardiovascular workout performed to music on a specialty designed stationary bike.
  
 6:30 PM-7:30 PM  BODYPUMP-6:30pm-7:30pm
