The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
  
 8:30 AM-9:00 AM  GRIT Cardio
A 30 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) class that uses bodyweight exercises with a focus on speed and intensity to rapidly burn fat and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM  BODYPUMP
This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 10:30 AM-11:30 AM  Masters
This class is exclusively designed for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.
  
 3:15 PM-4:00 PM  KidFIT Session Three
This 4-week session is for ages 7-9. We will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays through December 20th. Sign-up online by logging into your member account starting Monday, November 19th.
  
 4:00 PM-5:00 PM  YouthFIT Session Three
This 4-week session is for ages 10-14. We will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays through December 20th. Sign-up online by logging into your member account starting Monday, November 19th.
  
 6:30 PM-7:30 PM  BODYPUMP
