The LES MILLS GRIT series is scientifically designed to shift your fitness to the next level. The HIIT training effect means you increase aerobic fitness, unleash fast-twitch muscle fibers and grow lean muscle tissue, burning fat. There are 3 formats: Athletic, Cardio, and Strength. When you register, you are committing to our 4 week GRIT fall program! October 29th - Athletic November 5th - Cardio November 12th - Strength November 19th - Coach's choice!
  
 5:45 AM-6:15 AM  SPRINT
30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
  
 8:00 AM-8:45 AM  Synrgy45
With functional exercises including TRX suspension training, battle ropes, kettlebells, and more, this class will create transformational and inspiring fitness experiences for a diverse group of exercisers. Members are required to log in and sign-up for this class. 8 participants max.
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM  BODYPUMP
This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 10:30 AM-11:30 AM  Masters Fit
This class is exclusively designed for older and relatively sedentary adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a stability ball are just a few of the things that you will learn how to use in this class.
  
 5:15 PM-6:00 PM  BODYFLOW
The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. 45 minute format.
