The LES MILLS GRIT series is scientifically designed to shift your fitness to the next level. The HIIT training effect means you increase aerobic fitness, unleash fast-twitch muscle fibers and grow lean muscle tissue, burning fat. There are 3 formats: Athletic, Cardio, and Strength. When you register, you are committing to our 4 week GRIT fall program! November 3rd - Cardio November 10th - Strength November 17th - Coach's choice!

Zumba is one big dance party! Enjoy this latin inspired, dance fitness class suitable for all levels.
  
 5:00 PM-6:15 PM  Yoga
Our exploration of centering and breathing techniques, meditations, and a blend of yoga styles--from Hatha to Restorative--will be accompanied by a diverse soundtrack. With an emphasis on mindful movement and playfulness, members are encouraged to adapt poses for their own unique bodies.
