The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
  
 8:30 AM-9:00 AM  GRIT FIT Session Two
A 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) class part of a 6-week accountability program. Log in to your member account to sign-up. Registration opens on September 3rd.
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM  BODYPUMP-9:00am-10:00am
This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 6:00 PM-7:00 PM  Cycle Boot Camp
This interval training class blends different drills on the bike with strength training exercises off the bike to condition your entire body.
  
 6:30 PM-7:30 PM  BODYPUMP-6:30pm-7:30pm
