Aqua Zumba is classic aqua aerobics with Latin flavor added.

Experience a variety of strength and cardiovascular exercises done interval style. Interval training involves alternating bursts of intense exercise with intervals of lighter activity.

Flow in and out of poses to help improve strength, flexibility and balance.

 5:45 PM-7:00 PM  Fall Yoga Workshop
"Autumn Asana" As the warm days get shorter and cooler, carve out some time to practice mindfulness and take things slower. In this fall sequenced class, we will slow our Sun Salutations down, focusing on asana's that open our hamstrings, quads and hips. Fall is a time where our lungs and intestines need a little more care. Breath work and spinal twists will be woven into the sequence, allowing our body and mind the ability to let go of things that need to fall away.
  
 5:45 PM-6:15 PM  SPRINT
A 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using the indoor bike to achieve fast results.
