This barbell class utilizes the concept of "the rep effect" to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body.
  
 5:45 AM-6:30 AM  Synrgy45
With functional exercises including TRX suspension training, battle ropes, kettlebells, and more, this class will create transformational and inspiring fitness experiences for a diverse group of exercisers. Members are required to log in and sign-up for this class. 8 participants max.
  
 9:00 AM-9:50 AM  Aqua Zumba 9-9:50am
Aqua Zumba is classic aqua aerobics with Latin flavor added.
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM  Cardio Interval
Experience a variety of strength and cardiovascular exercises done interval style. Interval training involves alternating bursts of intense exercise with intervals of lighter activity.
  
 10:15 AM-11:30 AM  75 min Yoga Detox
First 55 minutes will be filled with movement and twists to detox and cleanse the body. The last 20 minutes will consist of grounded practice to help stretch, open, and relax the body.
  
 4:30 PM-5:00 PM  BODYPUMP Express

30 minute revolutionary core training
  
 5:45 PM-6:15 PM  SPRINT
A 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using the indoor bike to achieve fast results.
