Experience a variety of strength and cardiovascular exercises done interval style. Interval training involves alternating bursts of intense exercise with intervals of lighter activity.

A 30-minute core-training workout that uses your body weight, resistance tubing and weights to tighten and tone your midsection. Exercises are designed to improve your functional strength for better mobility and injury prevention.
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM Aqua Gold-9:00-10:00am
A shallow water, moderate intensity cardio class that uses the resistance of the water to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. This class is held at the indoor pool, unless otherwise stated. No registration required.

This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

Zumba Gold is a modified version of Zumba geared toward active, older adults seeking lower-impact workouts. While much of the music in Zumba Gold is the same used in the original course, the movements are easier to follow and more fluent to minimize stressful jerking, twisting and other potentially harmful motions.

A yoga class that bridges any gap between our chair yoga and a regular yoga class. A chair can be used if needed or you can level up and go down to the floor.

This interval training class blends different drills on the bike with strength training exercises off the bike to condition your entire body.

Session Seven: March 19th - April 18th NO CLASS THE WEEK OF SPRING BREAK, APRIL 1-5. For members ages 10-13 years old. The class will consist of a mixture of strength and cardiovascular exercises. Some classes will incorporate using the weight equipment in the gym while others may be interval style in the group exercise studio working on speed, agility, balance, and more!

The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. 45 minute format.
